FAXING

With a Fax/Modem installed you can fax a Reservation Trip Sheet, Invoice, Manifest, or Cover Sheet directly from within Easy Trip. No additional software is required! From the Fax History re-send any previously sent fax and view the status of each completed or incomplete transmitted fax.

REPORTS

New reports for Customers, Deposits, Landmarks, Payables, Vehicles, Farm In/Out Agency Listing, and Labels. Easy Trip has more than 200 built-in Reports!

CUSTOMER

Customers can be looked up by either Name, Address, or Home Phone.

MANIFEST

Farm In / Farm Out Reservations can be included on the Manifest if requested

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Dot matrix or laser, Intuit Classic style checks, can be used to print checks.
