MOUSE SUPPORT

Full Mouse Support! The mouse can be used to choose menu selections, move to a specific data entry field, or move within a selected data entry field.

MULTIPLE DEPOSIT

Add an unlimited number of Deposits for a Reservation. The date of deposit and method of Payment, can be entered from the Reservation.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

A new Module has been added to Easy Trip to process Credit Card transactions. This Module can be used to instead of your swipe machine.

BATCH POSTING

Select a group of Unposted Reservations and then Post at one time to generate Invoices. Single Reservation Posting is still available.

DEMAND INVOICE

Print an immediate "Invoice on Demand" prior to the actual run without the requirement to post the Reservation.

ROUTING

Airport codes or initials can be defined and specified in the Airline Information of Reservation Routing.

A new Routing category type has been added to indicate RETURN AIRPORT trips. A reference linking multiple Reservations together can also be added.

DISPATCH SCREEN COLORS

Select from a list of colors based on Reservation Status to establish your own Reservation Dispatch Screen.

MORE LINES IN DISPATCH

Toggle between the Standard and Enhanced screens to view an additional 15 lines of Dispatch entries from Reservations.

VEHICLE REPAIR

Now accessible independently from the Accounts Payable Module.
