What's New in Easy Trip Version 2.6

REBATE

Rebates for a Recipient can now be entered. A Rebate can be created for a Reservation based on a Flat amount of a Percentage of the base pay. The rebate becomes usable when the Reservation is Posted. It may then be applied to any outstanding invoice or paid directly to the Recipient.

DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS

Duplicate Reservations for specific Dates, or by Frequency over a specified Date Range. Duplicate by Frequency allows you to specify the exact days of the week for which the Reservation is to be duplicated.

RESERVATION BATCH PRINTING

Reservation Batch Printing has been enhanced to allow specification of the Number of Copies and the Range of Reservation Trip Sheets printed. Ranges can be based on: 1) a Customer Bill-To Account for a given range of Reservation Dates, 2) a range of Reservation #'s, or 3) a range of Reservation Dates.

YEAR 2000

Easy Trip has been adjusted to accommodate the 21st century for all dates.

DEPOSITS

Credit Card Reservation Deposits can now be processed using our New Credit Card Module.

FAXING

All Invoice Styles available from Invoicing, F4 - Options can be faxed.

MANIFEST

View/Print/Fax the Manifest by Customer Bill-To Account #.

DRIVER AVAILABILITY

A graph for Driver's Availability has been added. The graph can be viewed on the screen or printed.

DISPATCH

A new option has been added to access Reservation Dispatch by Driver's Name.

REPORTS

New and modified reports for Airport Banner, Customers, Deposits, Farm In/Out, Landmarks, Labels, Source/Referral, and Rebates.
