What's New in Easy Trip Version 2.7

REPORTS

New and modified Reports for: Airport Banner, Customers, Deposits, Landmarks, Labels, Source/Referral, Rebates, Driver Earnings and Vehicle Earnings, Monthly Income Summary, Forecasting, Invoicing, and Farm In/Farm Out.

NEW PHONE NUMBERS

Three new phone numbers have been added to Easy Trip. In the Customer module space for one new phone number was added. Space for two new phone numbers were added in the Worker/Driver module. The following chart details the phones numbers that are available in both modules.

ADD NEW CUSTOMER FROM RESERVATIONS

The "New Customer" screen, that appears when you add a new Customer from a Reservation, has been enhanced. It now contains fields to enter the new Fax and Cell Phone numbers.

ADDITIONAL CREDIT CARD SELECTION

We have added the ability to maintain an unlimited number of Customer Credit Cards. When a new Reservation is created it will automatically select the Credit Card that was entered for the Customer.

To choose a different Credit Card select Customer Credit Card or Bill To Account Credit Card. The information that appears reflects data that was entered from the Additional Credit Card list in the Customer module.
