What's New in Easy Trip Version 2.8

NEW PHONE NUMBERS

Two new phone numbers have been added to Easy Trip for the AGENCY in the Farm In / Farm Out Module.  The new phone numbers are for  FAX and CELL phone number.

RESERVATION CHARGE REPORT

A new report has been added to the Reservation Module. This report is used to obtain the actual Charges for the Run from the Driver, Farm Out Agency, or Transportation company that did the Run.

ENHANCED VOIDING

We have added the ability to Modify  an Existing Invoice. The options listed below detail what information can be changed on an Invoice. If the Bill To Account # is changed all corresponding Aging data will be update as needed. If the Driver or Vehicle is changed, all earnings and history data will be adjusted as needed.

NEW LANDMARKS

Three New Categories have been added to Landmarks: Funeral,  Sports, and  Theater

REPORTS

New Reports have been added for:  (1) Voided Invoices,  (2) Unposted Reservations By Driver, Vehicle or Run Date, and  (3) Farm In/Farm Out Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable per Agency.
