What's New in Windows Easy Trip Version 2.0b

REPORTS

New and modified Reports for: Customers, Deposits, Landmarks, Labels, Source/Referral, Rebates, Driver Earnings and Vehicle Earnings, Invoicing, and Farm In/Farm Out.

DUPLICATE RESERVATION

Reservations can now be Duplicated by: Frequency, Link/Roundtrip, or Standard.

Frequency Duplication can either be for any five specified calendar dates or a Weekly Schedule.

If a Weekly Schedule is specified, then a Starting and Ending date is entered and the appropriate days of the week are checked. The current Reservation will be duplicated however many times is necessary to correspond to the days of the week occurring within the date range.

If  Link/Roundtrip is specified then the current Reservation will be duplicated and an extra line of  Routing will be added to both the original Reservation and the duplicated Reservation. The additional line of Routing contains the phrase "Link To" and the Reservation # of the other Reservation.

FARM IN / FARM OUT

The Farm In / Farm Out Module was introduced to the Windows Version of  Easy Trip

VEHICLE OPTIONS

Several Options were added to the Vehicle Module. These new Options include: Credit Earnings, Debit Earnings, Detail Monthly Income, Income Summary, and Vehicle Repair.

VEHICLE REPAIR

When a specific Vehicle is assigned to a Reservation, and the Vehicle has been scheduled for Repair and the Repair is Due, a reminder Window will be displayed. You may still assign this Vehicle to the Reservation if needed.

WORKER / DRIVER OPTIONS

Several Options were added to the Worker/Driver Module. These new Options include: Credit Earnings, Debit Earnings, Driver Earnings, and Pay Driver.
