What's New in Windows Easy Trip Version 2.1

WINDOWS ENHANCEMENT

The Easy Trip for Windows program was greatly enhanced to improve Memory Utilization and application Performance.

ADDITIONAL CREDIT CARD SELECTION

We have added the ability to maintain an unlimited number of Customer Credit Cards. When a new Reservation is created it will automatically select the Credit Card that was entered for the Customer.

To choose a different Credit Card select Customer Credit Card or Bill To Account Credit Card. The Credit Card information displayed is the data that was previously entered from the Additional Credit Card list in the Customer module.

RESERVATION SEARCH SCREEN

The Customer Dispatch was linked to the Reservation Search (Grid) Screen. This allows a user to Search existing Reservations by Name for a specified date range. Selecting a Reservation will reposition the Reservation Search Grid.

MANIFEST

The Reservation Manifest was modified to include the Vehicle Type if no Vehicle was specified.

AGING

A new feature was added to calculate the Accounts Receivables aging for all Customers.

REPORTS

A New Report for Invoices Per Customer with Routing was added.
