CUSTOMER MODULE
A New field for an Email Address and Web Site Address have been added to the Customer Edit Screen on the Phone Tab.
IN-SERVICE FIELD
A New field has been added to the Vehicle Module to designate the status of a Vehicle. The status options are: In Service or Not In Service. If a Vehicle is marked not in service, then it will not appear in the list of available Vehicles for a Reservation.
A New field has been added to the Worker/Driver Module to designate the status of a Worker/Driver. The status options are: In Service or Not In Service. If a Worker/Driver is marked not in service, then it will not appear in the list of available Drivers for a Reservation.
NEW GRATUITY AND FEE SETTING
This new feature allows you to define the charges used when calculating the Gratuity, State Fee, and License Fee. The default setting are to use the fee for Service Charge, Wait/Travel, plus Stops, for all three fees.
The Gratuity and Fee Settings can be modified from Utilities.
RESERVATION STATUS
NEW VEHICLE SCHEDULERThe Reservation Status now includes eight pre-defined colors. Any user defined status can now have a color associated with it. This color will be used in the New Vehicle Scheduler.
When the Scheduler screen is displayed you will see a Tree View on the left panel and a List View on the right panel. If you have used the Windows Explorer then you should be familiar with the features of Tree Views and List Views.
The Tree View is a list of all the Vehicles previously entered from the Vehicle Module. The List View shows all the Reservations for the selected run date. Detailed information about the currently highlighted Reservation on the List View, is shown on the bottom portion of the right panel.
To change the size of either panel, drag the bar that separates the two sides. If you click the plus sign (+) next to a Vehicle Id on the Tree View, the assigned runs will be displayed below the Vehicle.
To display the Graph click on the "Graph View" button on the Detail Screen. The Graph shows the Vehicles on the left and time going horizontally. A colored rectangle will be drawn next to the assigned Vehicle in the corresponding time slot. If no Vehicle was assigned, the Run is drawn next to "Open".
If a Reservation Status exists, and a color has been picked for the Reservation Status, then the rectangle will be drawn in the color specified. In the List View a small rectangle with the same matching color is displayed to the left of the Reservation information. To assign a color to a Reservation Status, edit the Reservation Status in the Group Types under Options.
