AUTO EMAIL MODULE

With this module Easy Trip will automatically send the Full Page Invoice to your customer after it has been generated. Easy Trip will automatically email a Reservation Trip Sheet after it has been added. These options can be turned on or off for each Customer.

INVOICES

The company heading on a Full Page Invoice can be left justified, centered, or right justified as requested from BG Consulting.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

The software used with Easy Trip for Credit Card processing had been updated to accommodate new Visa and MC requirements for security.

EMAIL

A tag option to transfer all of the existing Customer email address to the Email Address Book, has been enhanced. If the email address is a duplicate, Easy Trip will automatically not copy it again.

SCHEDULER

For clarity, the "day of the week" is now displayed next to the Run Date.

REPORTS

Several reports have been added to Easy Trip. The new reports include "Reservation Listing By Source Referral", "Customer Bill To Account Listing, By Account #, Source Referral", and "Posted/Unposted Invoice Listing, By Account # Select". Several custom reports have been added for specific Easy Trip customers.
